Refund policy

You have the option to return items within 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

Only unused items in the same condition as when you received them are eligible for return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns of hygiene or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items that cannot be returned include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal hygiene products

To process your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, only part of the price will be refunded (if applicable):

  • Books that show clear signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, video tapes, software, games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will send you an email notification of your receipt. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If that doesn’t solve the issue, contact your bank. Often, there is some processing time required for refunds.
If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us via the contact form.

Discounted Items (if applicable)
Refunds cannot be issued for items that are discounted

How to start a return
Send an email to support@curavel.co with:

your order number, and a short description of the reason for the return.
We will reply with return instructions and return address.

Return shipping
The customer pays for return shipping.
Estimated return shipping costs: approximately 15–20 USD, depending on the country and shipping provider.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking number until the refund is completed.

Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. It may take 1 business day for processing and 3 to 7 business days before the amount appears in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days after delivery at support@curavel.co. Include:

your order number,
a photo, if possible,
and a short description of the issue.
We will replace the item at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, contact us immediately at support@curavel.co. Orders are processed and shipped daily from Monday to Saturday, so act quickly. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You can still return the item once you have received it.

Withdrawal and exchange
Changed your mind about the purchase, no problem. Contact us within 30 days at support@curavel.co. Exchanges and returns due to withdrawal are only accepted if:

the product is unused,
and in original condition.
For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept used products for return or exchange.
